Jaishankar said that there is a distinction between being non-West & anti-West. He added,'I would characterise India as a country which is non-West but a nation which has an extremely strong relation with the Western Countries, and that is getting better by the days.' US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock were also present at the panel discussion. Jaishankar also said that India is not a transactional actor in foreign policy, but it is a firm believer in a multi-polar approach to global affairs.
